Image Filters:
You can access the following Image Filters by clicking Image > Apply filter > Blur or Emboss or TV Scanlines or Diffuse as illustrated in the picture below.
Blur:
With Blue use the slider to get the desired effects as illustrated below. Then click OK.
Emboss:
Click the Background color and the color palette is displayed (when you click 'Define Custom Colors>> the color palette expands). Simply choose you color. You can also choose the Emboss IN by clicking the check box. Then click OK.
 
TV Scanlines:
With TV Scanlines use the slider to get the desired effects as illustrated below. Then click OK.
Defuse:
With Defuse use the X and Y sliders to get the desired effects as illustrated below. Then click OK.
